Further echoing the ancient world, “Platonic” imagines the defined logic and geometry of intellectual discovery as a complex arrangement of tetrahedrons and cubes, supporting two openwork spheres. Atop the cuff, this remarkable articulation of line and curve is set with roughly 200 brilliant-cut diamonds, totaling approximately 4.60 carats.

About Solange Azagury-Partridge

View Profile »

Solange Azagury-Partridge is a British jewelry designer based in London. Self taught, the first piece of jewelry she designed was her own engagement ring in 1987.  Encouraged by friends, Solange began producing one-off pieces and, very quickly, a collection and business was born. By 1995, Solange had opened her unique red velvet-lined boutique on London's Westbourne Grove. Often mistaken for a brothel, the boutique was an overnight sensation and her idiosyncratic designs were received to critical and commercial success. Handpicked by Tom Ford, Solange became the creative director of Boucheron in 2001, where she spent three years revitalizing the celebrated Parisian jewelry house.
