About Liz Magic Laser

View Profile »

Liz Magic Laser is best known for her provocative, engaging, and carefully thought-out and scripted performance art. Interested in theater tactics, Laser pre-plans interventionist actions with dancers, surgeons, and even motorcycle gang members, and executes them in the public sphere, often documenting them with still and film cameras. Her work has been exhibited internationally at The Pace Gallery, the MoMA PS 1, New York, the Prague Biennale, and the Center for Contemporary Art in Tel Aviv.
