Bob Carlos Clarke (Irish, 1950-2006) was a prominent photographer celebrated in the fashion and media industry for his notable portraits of musicians and women. He was often described as the “British Helmut Newton” for his erotically charged, fetish-focused works. He became an icon and influential amongst photographers of various generations before he tragically took his own life at the age of 55 in 2006.
