What is your line of work?

I don't have a line. It's more a zig zag between 2 lines: the artist intellectual and the notion of craft.

If you could own any work of art, which one would you choose?

For me certain exhibitions can also be considered as artworks and therefore I would like to own "The Uncanny" (curated) by Mike Kelley

What is your earliest memory of art?

My uncle's paintings.

Which museum or foundation would you like to be locked in one night?

The Fondation Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent.

"I think Marie Cool & Fabio Balducci's Untitled, 2004 (Sellotape, Table) summarizes Marina's vision for the show as well as her practice at large. There is a couple working together, which I know is a "dear format." In addition it is interesting to notice that the work is very material but its materiality escapes the system of commodification. I think this is more interesting than a work that is immaterial physically but then suddenly exists as pure commodity. "
